"The show today was great, but more importantly was the confidence my daughter showed standing in front of people. She's always been a shy kid and hasn't really been comfortable in crowds, let alone speaking and acting in front of them. I was so please to see her come out of her shell. Kudos to you!"

A Custom Curriculum for your student

We match our curriculum individually to each student making sure that they not only learn, but also remain interested and passionate about the subject they are studying.

Classes are taught on a three fold mechanism, with each class focussing in on a specific genre method, or skill.  Everything is rooted in literature, and students will receive booklists. Each class students will review literature that either fails or exemplifies the genre method they are focussing on. Finally class will end with an exercise based on the new skillset learnt.

The aim for the end of each term is a portfolio of work that will have explored, in detail all the major genres and the skills involved in successfully writing within them.

We recommend a 45 minute class, once a week for each student. These classes can take place either via Skype or at your home.

Parental Testimony

"My daughter came out of her first lesson wanting to start her week's work in the car on the way home, and her enthusiasm has only grown since then. Every week brings new ideas, new energy, a rekindled love of reading, confidence in attempting new genres of writing, a sense of excitement and infinite possibility."
